A drawing. Maybe an impression. A sandy, open site. Nothing else. In time, you’ll live there. In the beautiful house or apartment you’ve watched rise, brick by brick. If that’s your dream, we’re here to help make it a reality. Two things to highlight:
- Financing: just a little different
A new-build mortgage works differently. You’re buying the land and signing a contract with the builder… and you start repaying as soon as construction begins. It’s wise to read up beforehand and meet early with an experienced mortgage advisor; we’re happy to get you in touch. - Make sure to act early
Interest in new-build projects is high. If you’re interested in a project, register during the pre-sale phase as soon as you can. That way, you’ll be the first to know when sales start and what you can do to increase your chances on getting assigned a home. We’ll keep you updated.
